Returns and Refund policy.

Raah Vibez LLC is committed to providing services and products that empower and support your journey. Please review the policy below regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds for classes, sessions, and merchandise.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • All private session sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice via the online booking system.

  • Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are not guaranteed and may be denied at the sole discretion of Raah Vibez LLC.

  • Missed sessions and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or refund.

  • Multi-session packages must be used within the following time frames of the first session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

    • The 9-Session Package: 90 days

    • The 3-Session Package: 45 days

The Feel-Good Guarantee (All Sessions & Packages):
I’m confident you’ll leave your first session feeling more energized, confident, and excited to continue. If not, your next session will be complimentary.

How it works:

  • Packages (3 or 9): one additional complimentary session will be added to your package.

  • Single session: you’ll receive one complimentary second session.

Eligibility & timing: Applies to your first purchase (single session or package) and must be claimed within 24 hours of completing your first session. Non-transferable; scheduling subject to availability.

GROUP CLASSES (One-Time Drop-In or Workshop)

This section applies only to single-session group classes and workshops, not to multi-week programs or series.

  • If a class is canceled by the instructor, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a return or exchange up to 3 hours before the class start time. Requests after this window will not be honored.

  • Arriving late to class does not qualify for a return or exchange.

  • If you miss a virtual class and do not request a return or exchange within the required window, a recording will be provided if available.

Returns for Group Classes:

  • Approved returns will be issued as credit valid for use on another class, workshop, or private session.

  • Credit expires 90 days from the original class date.

Exchanges for Group Classes:

  • Approved exchanges may be used to attend another class of equal value.

PROGRAMS & SERIES (e.g. Dance Body Experience)

This section applies to all multi-week programs, series, and experiences.

Cancellations / Refund Requests

Because participants receive immediate access to proprietary digital materials (such as the Thick Like Dumplin guide) upon enrollment, all program sales are final and non-refundable.

Transfers / Credits

We understand that life happens! If you are unable to participate in the cohort you registered for, you may transfer your enrollment to a future round of the program.

  • Transfer requests must be made in writing prior to the release of the full program materials (which are delivered the Friday before the program officially begins). Once Week 1 materials have been sent, transfers are no longer permitted.

  • You may only transfer your enrollment once.

  • Transfers expire 6 months from the original start date.

Missed Classes

Live attendance is highly encouraged to get the most out of the experience, but all participants will receive access to class replays for the duration of the program. Missed live sessions do not qualify for partial refunds or credits.

Instructor Cancellations

In the unlikely event the instructor must cancel the entire program, participants will receive a full refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All sales of standalone digital products (e.g., eBooks, guides, downloadable videos) and digital materials included with coaching packages are final and non-refundable once delivered.

If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Apparel

If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Photos may be requested.

Covered by Raah Vibez:

  • Misprinted, damaged, or defective items (verified via photo)

  • Items incorrectly fulfilled by the warehouse

Wrong Address:

  • If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned.

  • You will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.

Unclaimed Packages:

  • Unclaimed shipments returned to sender may require an additional fee for reshipment.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available for customers who receive the wrong or damaged items.

  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued after reviewing the claim.

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer merchandise exchanges.

  • Please refer to size charts in the product listings before placing your order.

  • If an item was mislabeled, please contact us with your order number and detailed description of your issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll send a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
