🌺 Why I Created the Dance Body Experience
I created The Dance Body Experience because I needed a better way for myself first.
Traditional fitness never felt sustainable to me. It was rigid, exhausting, and built around pushing harder instead of listening to your body. Even when I stayed consistent, it wasn’t something I could maintain without burning out.
Everything changed when I learned how to move in a way that felt enjoyable, supportive, and realistic — while still building strength and seeing results.
The approach became the foundation of what I now call the Thick Like Dumplin Method — a way of getting stronger and healthier without punishment, restriction, or starting over.
As I shared this with other women, I saw the same pattern everywhere:
