Why I Created Dance Body Experience
I kept seeing the exact same pattern with my clients. Traditional workouts felt too rigid and demanding, so they came to me to dance. They just wanted to move without hating the process.
But from my own fitness journey, I knew that dance alone wasn't quite enough to see lasting changes. There was a huge gap between what felt good and what actually worked.
