Dance Body Experience: Self-Guided
This six-week experience is designed to help you build a fitness routine that supports your goals without taking over your life. Through real Dancehall classes, strength training, walking, mobility, flexible nutrition guidance, and mindset coaching, you’ll learn how to support fat loss, preserve or build muscle, and feel stronger in your body without relying on extreme workouts or restrictive diets.
Over the course, you may notice changes in your strength, stamina, movement, confidence, and how your clothes fit. More importantly, you’ll learn how to move past all-or-nothing thinking and build a realistic rhythm you can continue after the six weeks are complete, even when life gets busy or your energy changes.
